01. Material Design 3 & Accessibility
The Android version of Arogya was built using Google's Material Design 3 (MD3) system. Given the wide diversity of Android hardware devices and screen sizes across India, accessibility and high contrast were prioritized.
Android MD3 Highlights
Emergency Floating Action Button (FAB): Prominently anchored at the bottom right corner for 1-tap SOS emergency ambulance triggering.
Material Navigation Rail & Cards: Container cards with 16dp rounded corners for clean visual separation between doctor cards, prescription history, and blood requests.
Dynamic Color Palette: Harmonious medical teal and pink accents optimized for outdoor daylight readability.
02. Doctor Discovery & SOS Dispatch
Designed for fast response times. Patients can quickly filter doctors by language, experience, consultation fee, and immediate video availability. In emergency scenariOS, the 1-tap SOS feature dispatches the nearest ambulance via GPS tracking.
1-Tap Emergency SOS
Instant location broadcasting to nearby hospital networks and emergency contact dispatch.
Nearby Clinic Finder
Integrated map view showing hospital emergency rooms, diagnostic labs, and active blood banks.
03. Blood Donation & Pharmacy Network
The blood donation module connects patients urgently requiring rare blood groups directly with voluntary registered donors in their city, complete with live status updates and donor contact options.
